Just a short walk to the town pier, shops, and restaurants. Park your car when you arrive and find everything you need on foot. Catch the ferry to Monhegan or venture out on an evening schooner cruise. Early risers can catch a glimpse of our local fishing fleet leaving the docks. Our apartments are fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or warm up take out. Queen sized beds, wood floors throughout, central air conditioning, cotton bedding and towels, high speed internet, and streaming TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu are provided to make your stay more enjoyable. Owners are on site and at your disposal.

January 1 to May 31 $165/night
June 1 to December 31 $195/$220 Fri & Sat
Minimum booking is 5 nights for advance bookings in July & August. When booking in the off season or within 30 days of your arrival date our minimum booking is 3 nights.
Cleaning fee is $80
Tax is 9%
